Dear ELC & Lower School Parents,

THANK YOU! Our UN Day Program, Parade, and Cultural Fair would not have been possible without your continued support. Our theme, “One World, Many Voices,” reminded us that every voice matters and that our diverse cultures enrich our Brent community. A big shout-out to the Lower School PTA and all our parent volunteers who worked tirelessly to create such a wonderful experience for our students. As we look forward to the weeklong holiday, I hope you enjoy time to rest, reconnect, and make special memories with family and friends. We have much to look forward to in the weeks ahead!

Biñan Christmas Charity and Neon Fun Run

As the Christmas season approaches, our Lower School community is preparing for our annual Biñan Christmas Charity, which raises funds to support families in need in Biñan. Through this initiative, we hope to share the joy of Christmas while helping our students develop a spirit of generosity, compassion, and service.

In support of this meaningful cause, we will hold the Lower School Neon Fun Run on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, from 8:10 to 9:15 a.m. at the Brent Track & Field.

Students should wear bright neon attire and running shoes. Please have your child bring a water bottle, a small towel, and a PE or house shirt to change into after the run.

The Fun Run letter, pledge form, and reply slip have been sent home. Students may invite family and friends to support the charity through pledges. The Pledge Form provides space for sponsors to make either a per-lap pledge or a one-time donation. After the event, please calculate the final total based on the sponsors’ pledges, record the amount on the form, and authorize its deduction from your child’s Lion ID account. Please return the completed Pledge Form to your child’s Homeroom Teacher by Wednesday, November 18, 2026.

To help us prepare for the event, please complete and return the Reply Slip to your child’s Homeroom Teacher by Monday, November 9, 2026.

Thank you for partnering with us in this effort. Through the Neon Fun Run, our students can put our Chapel theme, “Be Respectful of Each Other,” into action by showing kindness and care for others in our wider community.

Christmas Productions

When we return from the holiday, we will also begin preparing for our Christmas productions. We look forward to sharing “Straight Outta Bethlehem” with our Lower School families and “Peanut Butter Christmas” with our ELC families. We will announce ticket sale dates and further details soon.

ASEAN Summit Traffic

The ASEAN Summit may cause traffic delays traveling to and from school from Monday, November 16, through Wednesday, November 18. Families living in affected areas may wish to allow additional travel time or consider making arrangements to stay with family or friends closer to school.

We plan to continue with in-person classes and will be flexible regarding tardiness and absences related to these disruptions. Although the actual impact on traffic is difficult to predict, we will adjust bus routes where potential issues can be anticipated. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these travel challenges.

First Holy Communion: Grades 3–5

Parents of students in Grades 3–5 who wish to receive their First Holy Communion this year are invited to review the attached invitation letter and complete and submit the reply slip as directed. If you have any questions, please contact our school chaplain at chaplain@brent.edu.ph.

New Student Applications for the 2027–2028 School Year

Planning to enroll another child at Brent for next school year? We look forward to receiving their application and working with your family!

Starting November 9, 2026, our online application portal will officially open for the 2027–2028 school year. To begin:

1. Complete the online application and upload all required supporting documents.
2. Once all documents are received, the Admissions Office will invite you to pay the Application Fee.
3. After payment, the required appointments can be scheduled. On-campus tests and interviews will begin on January 18, 2027.
