Congratulations to our senior, Landon Yu-Jie Carson, for placing first in the Physique Novice Tall category of the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation Philippines International Competition held September 2022. The event is an international bodybuilding competition that highlights fitness, wellness, and its advocacy for drug-free sports.
Landon worked hard to stay fit through exercise and eating healthy to achieve his current physique. He also actively motivates fellow upper school students to live a healthier lifestyle.
