Congratulations to Stephanie Castro

Congratulations to Stephanie Castro (Gr. 9) for winning multiple awards at the Philippine Aquatics National Championships, held from May 1–3, 2026, at the New Clark City Aquatics Center in Tarlac.

Stephanie was named Most Outstanding Swimmer (Class B, 15-Year-Old Age Group). She also earned gold medals in the 100m backstroke and 400m freestyle, silver medals in the 100m freestyle and 50m butterfly, and bronze medals in the 200m freestyle and 200m backstroke.

The Annual Festival of the Arts

The Annual Festival of the Arts at Brent is always a highlight of the year. Each year brings fresh excitement through an impressive showcase of talent and creativity across all grade levels.

From the grand band concert and harmonious orchestra recital, to the playful Grade 4 recorder performance, dynamic solo and ensemble pieces, heartwarming choir recital, and high-energy dance performances, every moment was a celebration of the arts.

Paired with vibrant and thoughtfully crafted artworks, it was an inspiring week that showcased teamwork, creativity, and hard work. It is truly a proud Brent Pride moment.

Special shoutout to the Assistant Director for Student Activities and Visual & Performing Arts Head of Department, Mrs. Lulu Floresca, for her 39 years of service to the Brent community. Your contributions to the success of the VPA Department and Activities Office throughout all these years are truly appreciated.

Congratulations to Skye Gonzales (Gr. 8) for being part of the Philippines Women’s Under-15 National Football Team. The team recently concluded its training camp in Japan with a successful showing, competing in exhibition matches against elite Japanese football club teams.

Congratulations to Maggie Dimayuga (Gr. 11) on her successful book launch and signing. Maggie recently wrote and published a children’s book titled Gabby and Her Magic Heart, an uplifting story about a brave girl who embraces her heart condition with courage, proving that no diagnosis can stop her from chasing her dreams.
