Steps to Apply

Thank you for your interest in Brent International School Manila! The Admissions Office is a helpful liaison between your family and the individuals who make the final decision for applicants: Brent’s three Principals. Admissions personnel will happily assist you through three steps of our application process.

Step One
Using a computer (not a cell phone) with a Chrome browser and a strong internet connection, click on the red circle within the Admissions pages of this website that shows “To start your application, click here.” Create an account.

Step Two
Complete an application per child applying, and provide information for as many fields as you have information for. Enter an email address on the Father’s and / or Mother’s information page early in the process so that Admissions staff can email and offer support.

Upload the needed documents on the Application Requirements page of the application. For each applicant: Academic records / Report cards, Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Photo, Passport bio page for foreign applicants and parents, Valid government issued photo ID for parents of a Filipino applicant.

Brent’s Confidential Evaluation Forms are completed by the current school and emailed to Brent’s Admissions Office using their employee email address at their school.

For those applying to Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten, parents complete the Parent Questionnaire.

Step Three
When the Admissions office determines an application is complete, families are invited to pay the Application Fee per child. Payment allows for the on-campus tests and interviews to be scheduled. Due to the high volume of both inquiries and completed applications, Admissions appointments are scheduled only after Step Two is complete.

Additional Information
The official decision from Brent’s Admissions Committee is shared after the appointments, either on the day of the appointments or within a few business days. If Brent offers an acceptance, the accompanying fee is paid within five business days. (Seat Reservation Fee, Wait Pool Fee, or Tuition depending on the timing and seat availability.)

See the FAQ section about when to apply.

Seat Availability

A family might inquire and be informed that seats are available, but on the day of test and interview appointments learn that the grade level is full. Seat availability fluctuates and can be difficult to predict.

Submitting documents, paying the Application Fee, and scheduling appointments does not reserve a seat for the applicant. (Please refer to the Guarantee Payment Letter if the applicant is a company dependent.)
