Congratulations to Model United Nations (MUN) Delegates!

Brent’s MUN Club participated in the MUN Locals Conference September 27-28 at British School Manila. All of our students did a fantastic job, and special mention goes to the following delegates:

Isabella Danielle Dizon (gr. 10) received the award for Best Delegate in her committee. The “Best Delegate” award honors a student who demonstrated exceptional leadership, diplomacy, and in-depth knowledge during committee sessions.

Joshua Coelho (gr. 11) received an Honorable Mention for his committee. An “Honorable Mention” is awarded to a delegate who showed commendable effort and skill in their role, contributing significantly to the discussion and resolution process.

Jazzmin Abarentos (gr. 12) received the award for Best Speaker in her committee. The “Best Speaker” award celebrates a student who delivered the most persuasive and articulate speeches, effectively influencing the debate.

Congratulations to Samira Puno (gr. 1) for winning the Championship in the 2024 National Age Group Aquathlon for the 6-and-under category, held at the Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub. The event was organized by Triathlon Philippines and took place on September 29.  Way to go, Sammy!

Congratulations to Raviv Ladaga and Mandy Agojo!

Congratulations to Raviv Ladaga (gr. 8) and Mandy Agojo (gr. 4) for their successful participation in the recent Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad (TIMO) and Hong Kong International Mathematics Olympiad (HKIMO).

During the Heat Round of the Hong Kong International Mathematics Olympiad (HKIMO) held in June, Raviv earned a Silver Award for his outstanding performance. Building on this success, he advanced to the Final Round in August, where he achieved a Bronze Award.

Mandy secured a Silver Medal in the Final Round of the Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad (TIMO) 2023-2024 and a Bronze Medal in the Final Round of the Hong Kong International Mathematical Olympiad (HKIMO) 2024-2025.
