Congratulations to Mandy Agojo!

Congratulations to Mandy Agojo (gr. 4) on her outstanding achievements at the Youth Performing Arts Championship (YPAC), held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Mandy won the Platinum Award in the vocal competition for the Junior Division (ages 10-12). Not only did she receive the highest award, but she also earned the prestigious Top Scorer Award and was granted the Hanna Kang Scholarship, as well as a 100% scholarship for YPAC Indonesia.

The Youth Performing Arts Championship is an international competition featuring participants from 25 countries worldwide, under the supervision of the Association of Art and Culture Malaysia.

Congratulations to Sofia Imasa!

Sofia Imasa (gr. 11) participated in the Philippine Aquatics Inc. Pamasko Swimming Festival last December 2024 at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.

Sofia brought home the Most Outstanding Swimmer Award and several medals in long-course events for the Golden Sea Eagles. These include:

3 Silvers: 100-Meter Freestyle, 50-Meter Freestyle, and 50-Meter Breaststroke
2 Golds: 100-Meter Butterfly and 50-Meter Butterfly

Congratulations, Lions! Your dedication and effort made this Christmas season at Brent truly special, filled with remarkable performances that highlighted the true spirit of the holiday.

From the Lower School’s “Little Drummer Dude” production to the Early Learning Center’s “The Best Christmas Present Ever!” and the Annual Christmas Concert, the showcases were a testament to the incredible talents of Brent students. Whether through acting, singing, dancing, or playing instruments, students from Nursery to Upper School shone brightly.

This celebration of talent was further elevated by the exceptional cooperation and support of teachers and staff, exemplifying Brent’s standard of excellence. Well done, Lions!

Congratulations to Marty Uson (gr. 10), who recently earned medals for the Alabang Country Club Gators at the PCA Swim Meet 2024 for Divisions A & B, held at the Rizal Memorial Complex. Marty is a member of the Brent Aqualions Team, the Upper School Varsity, and the APAC Swim Team.

He won:

Gold – 50-Meter Long Course Breaststroke
Silver – 100-Meter Long Course Freestyle
Silver – 50-Meter Long Course Butterfly
